Yesterday got away from me (like I mentioned early this week due to a very important wedding happening today!!), so today you get 2 posts!!
Today I wanted to share a healthy breakfast idea with y'all!! Be honest, sometimes eating healthy in the morning can be a chore, but it doesn't have to be. My recipe for easy, pleasy mushroom and cheddar egg white omelette is so easy and good for you, I am pretty sure you will find yourself cookin' it up every day!!
First start out with these ingredients...
*Note ~ if you have any sandwich meat, feel free to add that into your omelette, too!!*
Next, heat your small skillet and pour your egg whites in until your skillet is covered...
Now time to add in your mushrooms!!
*Make sure you add these in immediately so that the mushrooms cook in with the egg whites.*
Next, sprinkle your cheddar cheese...
Finally, fold over your egg white to make your omelette..
Let the omelette cook for just a but and Viola!! A healthy, egg white omelette!!
